PICTURES IN SIGNATURES
If you MUST, then they are to be no larger than 180x180 or 300x100. If I feel they are getting in the way at a later date I shall revise this and delete them altogether.
You know image shack and photobucket, a member just let me know about this one too
xs.to
the great thing about this is you dont have to login at all. just upload and get the url.
pics dont get deleted unless they dont get viewed for 30 days or so
How do I reply to posts?
To reply to a message, click the "reply" button at the top or bottom of the page the post is on. This will take you to a form that you can use to reply to that post.
Alternativly, if the administrator has enabled it, a reply box will appear at the bottom of the list of posts. You can quickly type your reply and submit it from there,
If neither of this appears, it is because you do not have access to make a reply.
If you are a guest, try registering.
If you are a member, the post is either "locked" or is staff only
Avatars or Profile Pics
Look at other peoples posts - while writing this I realise I don't have a pic so I'd better go get one *shite* You too can upload your own avatar to use or you can use one of the many cool ones we provide for you.
To change this go to your profile section. Look for the avatar section and scroll through the ones already uploaded.
If you don't like any of those, then you need to link to an image in your photobucket or imageshack in the space provided below the avatar section.
The Karma Function
Karma is basically a member rating system based on their actions.
If you feel a member has done something good, you would give them positive karma, if you feel they have done something bad, you give them negative.
This system either adds or subtracts 1 from the users karma count. This is only of course assuming the admin of the forum has enabled karma (in general settings in admin)
You are limited to 1 issue of karma each hour to avoid foul play
REGULATIONS
Not many, really. You've all posted on forums before, you know the score. I am the Law around here and shall be as fair or unfair as I please. I can be bribed.
